1. Nature of the Service: Data Only
SportsbookOdds provides aggregated sports odds data for informational and analytical purposes only. SportsbookOdds is not a bookmaker, sportsbook, betting exchange, or gambling operator. We do not accept, place, facilitate, broker, or settle bets or wagers of any kind, and we do not handle any gambling funds.
2. No Advice
Nothing provided through the Service, including odds, "+EV" figures, arbitrage calculations, "fair lines", efficiency rankings, or any other computed output, constitutes betting, gambling, financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation, solicitation, or inducement to place any bet or wager. All computed figures are algorithmic estimates derived from third-party data and may be wrong.
3. "As Is": No Warranty of Accuracy
Odds and related data are aggregated from third-party sources and are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation any warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, availability, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, out of date, or unavailable. Odds change constantly and may differ from those actually offered by any sportsbook. You must independently verify all odds directly with the relevant sportsbook before relying on them or placing any wager. We do not guarantee that any "+EV", arbitrage, or other opportunity is real, executable, or profitable.
4. Assumption of Risk
You use the Service entirely at your own risk. Gambling involves risk of financial loss and may be addictive. Any decision you make, including any bet or wager, is your sole responsibility. You accept full responsibility for any and all outcomes, including financial losses.
5. Your Responsibility for Legal Compliance
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and any related activity is legal in your jurisdiction.
- You confirm you are of legal age to gamble and to enter contracts in your jurisdiction.
- You will not use the Service where sports betting, odds data, or the aggregation thereof is prohibited or restricted.
- Availability of the Service in your location is not a representation that it, or any related activity, is lawful there.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SportsbookOdds, its owner(s), operators, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, gambling or betting losses, lost data, or lost opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the Service or your reliance on any data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, and regardless of the legal theory.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any and all claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the total fees you actually paid to us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or (b) US $50.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SportsbookOdds and its owner(s), operators, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your bets or wagers, or your breach of these Terms or of any law.
8. Third-Party Data & Trademarks
Sportsbook names and marks referenced by the Service are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and interoperability only. Their inclusion does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from those parties. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or accuracy.
9. Acceptable Use
You will not resell or redistribute the raw data feed as a competing product, overload or attempt to disrupt the Service, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach.
10. Changes & Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including endpoints, data, pricing, or these Terms, at any time and without notice or liability. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Billing
Subscriptions are handled by RapidAPI under their terms. All fees are billed through RapidAPI and are subject to their billing and refund policies.
12. Governing Terms
These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.
